Uncharted 4 game director Justin Richmond has officially left Naughty Dog.
Richmond confirmed the news today to IGN saying, "I have in fact made the decision to leave Naughty Dog." He also verified his new employer, Riot Games of League of Legends fame stating that "after careful consideration and exploration" that he will be joining the company for something exciting.
Richmond's departure is not alone as Sony has seen Naughty Dog's Amy Hennig, Sony Santa Monica's Stig Asmussen, CEO Jack Tretton, Seth Killian (PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale), and multiple layoffs occur over the past month. No word if any of these are connected but with sales being incredible for the PS4, one has to wonder why there is such an exodus occurring.
