Original Story (3/26):
EA and DICE have officially announced their DLC for Battlefield 4, Naval Strike, has be delayed indefinitely on PC and Xbox One.
According to the Battlelog, DICE found concern in "the combination of the pack and planned PC updates would increase performance issues on mid-range to high-end PCs," and that they, "have decided to delay the Xbox One version of Naval Strike because we want to address issues in the animation system that hinder players from engaging targets in set circumstances using popular weapon configurations." The launch date for the expected DLC was set to release on Tuesday the 25th for Premium users and April 8th for everybody else.
After multiple disappointments at and after launch, Battlefield 4 has had its fair share of problems since its October launch. The continued issues spawned legal trouble and subsequent stock drops since launch.
