Nintendo's long-running president (1949-2002) has died today at the age of 85 from pneumonia.
Yamauci took over Nintendo in 1949 when his grandfather passed and they just made playing cards. Years later, he pushed for the development of video game console entertainment and formed one of the largest companies in history. With his help, the NES became a huge hit worldwide and an important factor of why we have video games today.
We here at BruisedThumbs bow to you sir. You will be extremely missed
