Sony has released an update to the 1.50 firmware that was mandatory at day one to address a few bugs they've picked up on. Chances are, if you've left your PS4 on standby mode, the update has already been downloaded and is ready for install.
The PlayStation Blog details that version 1.51 addresses "stability of system software" as well as "minor refinements to elements of the system UI (such as clearly indicating when a user downloads a game and a game patch at the same time) have been introduced." To install, just go to Notifications and under Downloads, select the update to install. It takes but a few seconds.
It seems as though Sony is attempting to stay on top of user concerns and attack them head on and as soon as possible. Now if we could just organize our games and friends into folders. We can dream.
