The PlayStation 4 is less than 4 weeks away and their flagship shooter, Killzone: Shadow Fall, has gone gold and is ready to ship.
Guerrilla games also revealed on the PlayStation Blog that Shadow Fall's campaign length “should last well over 10 hours for most gamers” and that in terms of dedicated servers, they are "running with dedicated servers to handle the transfer of data between clients." In other words, their servers will handle the necessary adjustments in the peer-to-peer functionality. Players will still act as hosts but Guerrilla's servers will do the heavy lifting.
In just a few weeks we will see exactly how this multiplayer will be and how well the servers can make proper adjustments to prevent lag.
